HailOut Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Avialdo LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the HailOut platform and outreach service (the “Service”) and how we handle information about the people we contact (“you”, “recipient”).

Information we collect

We collect the name and mobile phone number you submit through our SMS opt-in form at /opt-in, together with your consent to receive messages and a record of that consent (the exact consent language shown, the date and time, and the originating IP address and user-agent). When you reply to one of our messages, we store the content of your reply, the timestamp, and your phone number, in order to continue the conversation.

How we use information

We use your phone number and name only to send the marketing and customer-care messages you opted in to receive about your real estate listing, to receive and respond to your replies, and to honor opt-out requests. We do not use your information for any unrelated marketing purpose, and we only message numbers that have opted in through our form.

How we share information

We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your phone number, name, or message content with any third party for marketing purposes. We share information only with: our SMS delivery providers (Twilio, Inc. and Telnyx LLC) for the sole purpose of sending and receiving the messages; service providers acting on our behalf under confidentiality obligations (e.g., database hosting via Neon, infrastructure via Vercel); and any party we are legally required to disclose to (court order, subpoena, government request).

SMS messaging

The Service operates as an SMS program. We send marketing and customer-care text messages from a U.S. 10DLC phone number to recipients who have opted in through our web form, about their real estate listing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on the recipient’s mobile carrier. We do not share phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or message content with third parties for their own marketing. How you can opt out

Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message we send and you will be immediately and permanently removed from our outreach list. We do not require a reason, do not charge a fee, and do not re-contact opted-out recipients. Opt-out requests are honored within 24 hours in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

Data retention

We retain message content and phone numbers for as long as necessary to operate the Service. Opted-out phone numbers are retained on a suppression list indefinitely to ensure we do not contact you again.

Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to and not used to contact anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

California residents

If you are a California resident, you have the right under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) to request access to, deletion of, or correction of the personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” at the top will reflect the most recent change. Material changes will be reflected by updating that date.
