HailOut — SMS Program Disclosure
Effective Date: May 18, 2026
This page describes the HailOut SMS outreach program operated by Avialdo LLC. It is published publicly so that recipients, mobile carriers, and The Campaign Registry (TCR) can verify the program’s purpose, message flow, and opt-out mechanism.
Program at a glance
- Operator: Avialdo LLC (d/b/a HailOut)
- Purpose: Marketing and customer-care SMS to real estate listing agents and property owners, about their listing, after they opt in on our web form.
- Audience: Real estate professionals and property owners who have submitted their phone number and consent through hailout.avialdosolutions.com/opt-in.
- Consent: Explicit web-form opt-in with an unchecked consent checkbox. We message only numbers that have opted in.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time. Removal is permanent and honored within 24 hours.
- Costs: Message and data rates may apply per the recipient’s mobile carrier. We do not charge to send or receive messages.
Consent framework and Call-to-Action
Consent for this program is obtained through an explicit, affirmative web opt-in. A real estate listing agent or property owner reaches our opt-in page at hailout.avialdosolutions.com/opt-in — from a link we share (e.g. on outreach materials, a for-sale sign, a flyer, an email, or a website) — enters their name and mobile phone number, and checks an unchecked consent box before submitting. We only send SMS to a phone number after that number has been submitted through this opt-in flow.
The consent disclosure shown next to the checkbox reads: “By checking this box, I agree to receive marketing and customer-care text messages from HailOut (operated by Avialdo LLC) at the phone number I provided, including messages sent by an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.” The box is unchecked by default, so submitting requires the recipient’s affirmative action.
For each opt-in we retain a consent record containing the phone number, the exact consent language shown, the consent version, and the date/time, IP address, and user-agent of the submission — available on request for carrier or TCR review.
How a reviewer can verify the opt-in
A carrier or TCR reviewer can independently verify our opt-in in two steps:
- Open the public opt-in page at hailout.avialdosolutions.com/opt-in and confirm the phone field, the unchecked consent checkbox, and the full consent language (brand name, message types, frequency, rates, STOP/HELP, and links to this disclosure, the Privacy Policy, and Terms).
- Review the opt-out flow described in “How to opt out” below; reply STOP at any time to confirm real-time opt-out behavior on our 10DLC number.
We do not message any number that has not opted in through this flow. We do not contact opted-out recipients under any circumstances.
Message flow
The campaign sends three types of messages, all one-to-one, never broadcast:
- Step 1 — Confirmation. Immediately after a recipient opts in on the web form, we send a confirmation SMS that identifies HailOut, states the message types (marketing and customer care), notes that message frequency varies and that message & data rates may apply, and includes the “Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out” instruction.
- Step 2 — Outreach and conversation. We send a personalized SMS about the recipient’s listing, identifying HailOut as the sender, and continue the conversation when the recipient replies. A real person or an AI agent (identified as such if asked) discusses availability, terms, and possible offer structures.
- Step 3 — Close-out. The conversation ends when the recipient declines, agrees to a phone follow-up, or stops responding. Recipients who reply STOP are added to a permanent suppression list and never contacted again.
Sample messages
- Opt-in confirmation:“HailOut: Thanks for opting in. You’ll receive marketing and customer-care real estate messages from us. Msg frequency varies. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.”

How to opt out

We process opt-out requests within 24 hours per the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). The opted-out number is added to a permanent suppression list and is never contacted again unless the person opts in again through the web form.
